Ashu Singla has been appointed as Vice President – Salesforce at Genpact, strengthening the organisation’s leadership as it continues to expand its digital transformation and enterprise CRM capabilities. With over two decades of experience in Salesforce delivery, program management and large scale digital implementations, Ashu brings deep expertise in driving complex transformation initiatives and building high performing global teams.
Prior to this role, she held senior leadership positions at Nagarro, LTIMindtree, Fiserv, Birlasoft and SDG Corporation, where she led mission critical Salesforce programs across diverse industries. Known for her strong execution focus and customer centric leadership style, Ashu has consistently delivered scalable solutions by aligning technology strategy with business outcomes. In her new role at Genpact, she will focus on strengthening Salesforce delivery excellence, driving innovation and enabling enterprise wide digital transformation.
