Prior to this role, she contributed significantly to Mavlers, Welspun World, J M Baxi Group, Vopak, Genus Electrotech, Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) and leading academic institutions. During her impactful 7+ year tenure at Welspun World, she led Centers of Excellence across Talent, Culture, Learning and Employer Branding, playing a pivotal role in building organisational capability, strengthening talent systems and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
